Rain & Poor Weather
Jamberoo does not offer refunds in the event of wet weather.

The only ride that closes during rain is the mountain toboggan due to safety reasons. Weather permitting, the tracks are dried and re-opened as soon as possible.

Footwear & Attire
The racing cars, chairlift and mountain toboggan require footwear and proper attire for safety reasons.

Required:
- Thongs, sandles or enclosed shoes
- T-shirt and shorts/skirt

Food & Drink
You are permitted to bring your own food and drink into the picnic areas and shelters.

Alcohol & Glassware
No alcohol can be brought into the park. A 4 hour beverage package is available for $25pp, incorporating beer, wine and soft drinks (must be pre-booked). No glassware is permitted in any areas of the park.

Lockers
Lockers are available throughout the park. These operate on a pin system and can be accessed as many times as you wish.

Daily hiring fees are $8 (small lockers) and $12 (large lockers). Lockers generally only fit small eskis.

Spectators
Unfortunately there is no discount entry for spectators.

Given we cannot account for people's activities once they enter the park, any entry fee must presume a use of the facilities and amenities. The entry fee also accounts for the welfare and safety of anyone on the park premises.

Disabled Facilities
All rides are disabled-friendly.

All rides and facilities also have ramp access throughout the park, and there are disabled amenities also on the premises.

Height Restrictions & Safety Requirements
There is a height restriction of:
- 140cm on the chairlift, mountain toboggan and racing cars
- 120cm on The Taipan  

All children however can experience all attractions if accompanied by an adult.

Sunshades & Shelters
Sunshades and shelters are allowed into the park, however pegs/ropes are not allowed as they are a trip hazard.

They must also be erected only on grass areas and away from main walkways.

Mini Golf
There is a refundable $2 deposit for clubs and balls.
