• Bookings must be paid in full a minimum of 2 weeks in advance or general admission
  prices apply

• Tickets are sent out in advance (surcharge applies). Tickets cannot be picked up at the
  gate on the day.

• A 10% deposit must be received to confirm the booking

• Catering, shelters and other services are valid for the booking date only, and cannot be
  transferred or refunded.
