Train Driver – Jamberoo Express & Fast Pass

We are looking for experienced drivers of articulated vehicles for our Jamberoo Express and Fast Pass Train Services. The successful applicant will be responsible for driving these road-based vehicles, which transport between 30 and 70 guests around the park, while providing an unparalleled level of service and guest interaction as they explain the park’s unique features and history. Join a fast-paced and supportive team environment, servicing thousands of guests each day across a variety of food and beverage outlets, kiosks and licensed venues throughout Jamberoo Action Park. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy working with people, delivering excellent customer service and helping create memorable moments for families and guests throughout their visit.

You will assist with food and beverage preparation and service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation and work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods. An RSA certification is advantageous and may be required in some outlets, but it is not essential for employment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hospitality experience while contributing to exceptional guest experiences every day.

Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking mature and motivated individuals with proven experience in food and beverage operations, hospitality, or venue management. Working alongside a dedicated team, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of a variety of food and beverage outlets, kiosks, cafés, and licensed venues throughout Jamberoo Action Park, ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered to every guest.

This role requires strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, with responsibilities including team supervision, staff training, customer service support, stock control and assisting with the efficient operation of food and beverage services. An RSA certification may be required in some areas of the park but is not essential for employment. Through your leadership, you will help foster a culture of genuine care and service excellence that enhances every guest’s visit.

Qualified Barista

We are seeking experienced and passionate Baristas to join our Food and Beverage team at Jamberoo Action Park. Working in a fast-paced and energetic environment, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service to thousands of guests throughout the day.

The successful applicant will have previous barista experience, confidence operating commercial coffee equipment and a strong understanding of beverage preparation and presentation standards. Food production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced food professional with a background in commercial kitchens, catering, or chef roles to join our team as a Food Production Supervisor. This hands-on position supports the preparation, production and presentation of food across a variety of outlets throughout Jamberoo Action Park, ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety standards are maintained at all times.

The successful applicant will bring previous chef or kitchen experience, a strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, Food Safety practices and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities include food preparation, overseeing production schedules, staff training and development, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, supporting menu execution and assisting food and beverage teams during peak operating periods. A certificate II in Food Processing (or working towards), Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (NSW), Cert III in Commercial Cookery and/or experience operating food production equipment is desirable. Your expertise will help deliver quality dining experiences that form an important part of our guests’ overall visit and enjoyment.

As a Retail and Admissions Attendant, you will play an important role in creating a positive first impression for our guests. Stock Controller

At Sydney Action Park, every great guest experience starts behind the scenes. We’re looking for a highly organised and self-motivated Stock Controller who understands that having the right products, in the right place, at the right time is essential to creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. Working within the Food & Beverage Department, you’ll manage purchasing, receiving, stock transfers and quality control while building strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring our venues are always well stocked and ready to deliver exceptional service.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy and works confidently with minimal supervision. You’ll monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, implement efficient stock management systems and support the team in delivering seamless day-to-day operations. If you have experience in stock control and inventory management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills and hold a current P Plate driver’s licence or higher, we’d love to hear from you!

Safety Officers

Safety Officers play a critical role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and team members at Jamberoo Action Park. Working across various areas of the park, you will help maintain effective safety and security procedures while responding to incidents in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities include ticket scanning, monitoring guest and staff safety, supporting emergency response procedures, enforcing park policies, and assisting with risk management initiatives. Previous security or safety experience is highly regarded, and a current NSW Security Licence is considered a valuable asset. As one of the first faces our guests see, you have the ability to set the tone for their entire experience. Landscapers & Apprentices

NOW HIRING – APPRENTICE!

Jamberoo Action Park is always on the lookout for passionate and dedicated individuals to join the organisation’s committed Landscape Team in maintaining the extensive gardens and grounds. This physically demanding role requires an eagerness to take part in a range of landscaping projects. In the case of an apprentice, the successful applicant will complete a Certificate III in Horticulture (Parks and Gardens) over a 4 year period and will meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience that demonstrates a dedicated work ethic and passion for landscaping;
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a variety of weather conditions;
  • Eagerness to use various tools and machinery;
  • Willingness to undertake further training as required;
  • Flexibility in working hours to meet the demands of the Business; and
  • Current NSW’s manual driver’s license.

Mechanical Officer

Reporting to our senior Maintenance Manager, and as a member of a busy and varied Maintenance Team, you would be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the park’s rides, machinery, plants and equipment.

This will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Carrying out daily inspections and preventative maintenance of all rides and attractions;
  • Ensuring that all rides and attractions are operating as per the manufacturers’ guidelines and the Company Procedures;
  • Diagnosing issues or breakdowns in order to effectively and efficiently provide a solution and timeline;
  • General facility maintenance, servicing and up-keep of all company machinery and plants;
  • Major maintenance and repair works during the off-season;
  • Assist with Company projects and developments, including the installation of new attractions; and
  • Ensuring all documentation and maintenance logs are kept up to date and meet statutory guidelines.
